The ASM124S and ASM134S motorised damper drives with Sauter Universal Technology (SUT) are used to operate air dampers, cut-off dampers and multi-louvre dampers. The maximum torque and holding torque of these drives is 15 Nm on the ASM124S and 30 Nm on the ASM134S. Sauter Universal Technology enables the necessary functions to be identified, which permits the actuator to adapt itself to the prevailing control requirements. This means, for example, the automatic detection of the control signal (continuous or switched) at the actuator. Coding switches enables the running time and the initialising function to be configured. Self-centring spindle adaptor for fitting the drive to the damper spindle The damper drives are overload-proof. On reaching the damper or motor end positions, an electronic, torque-dependent facility ensures that the motor is switched off. The disengageable gears permit the damper to be manually positioned and manual adjustments to be made. Power supply is 24 V(AC).
