The ASF 113S motorised damper drive with spring return and positioner is used to operate air dampers, frost dampers and smoke dampers. The maximum angle of rotation of the damper drives is 95°. In the event of a power failure or whenever a safety facility is triggered, the motor releases the gears, so that the spring can move the damper back to the starting position. The maximum torque and holding torque of the ASF 113S is 7 Nm in each case. The drives are activated by controllers with a continuous output (0...10 V). The in-built positioner controls the servo motor in relation to the controller's positioning signal. The damper drive is overload-proof. On reaching the damper or motor end positions, an electronic, torque-dependent facility ensures that the motor is switched off. Manual adjustment and spring winding are done using the Allen key supplied. Power supply is 24 V(AC) or 24...48 V(DC).
