To be able to operate reliably and safely in accordance with EN14175, laboratory fume cupboards require the use of monitoring equipment, i.e. when critical operating conditions occur, the user has to be alerted by optical and acoustic alarms. The RXE110 fume-cupboard monitoring unit, used in conjunction with an RLE152 air-volume controller and the corresponding sensors, meets the relevant demands in full.
