The equiflex NRT300 electronic controller for air-conditioning is used for individual control of the room temperature. The temperature is measured by either the integrated temperature sensor or an external sensor. The frontal occupancy button ('presence key') and the ability to adjust the setpoint enable the user to reduce energy costs. This microprocessor-controlled controller is designed for 2- and 4-pipe systems and can be employed as either a P- or a PI-controller. A heating/cooling sequence is included.
