The EGT446 and EGT447 stem-type sensors are used for measuring the temperature of liquids and gases in ventilations systems and water circuits. They are suitable for measuring temperatures in air ducts. If used in conjunction with the optional LW 7 pockets, they can also be employed in pipes and containers. A platinum thin-film sensor as per DIN IEC 751 is used for measurement. The stem has a diameter of 6.5 mm.
