The frost-protection monitors (with capillary-tube sensors) of the TFL series are used to protect large-surfaced equipment – such as heating coils (air side), water pipes and air ducts – against freezing by monitoring the temperature, and to report the risk of frost. The lower switching point is set via the setpoint adjuster with scale. Version F021 is used as a frost-protection limiter. The capillary-tube sensor is made of copper.
