The DFC17..F and DFC27..F pressure monitors are used for monitoring and limiting the pressure in liquids, gases and vapours. The robust, splash-proof, light-alloy casing and the vibration-proof snap switch enable the monitors to be used in heavy-duty applications. The products are tested to VdTÃœV, Pressure 100/1 and, therefore, are also suitable for use in steam-boiler (TRD604) and hot-water installations (DIN 4751). The upper and lower switching points can be set separately. The pressure sensors are made either of brass for non-aggressive media (DFC17..F) or of stainless steel for aggressive media (DFC27..F).
