The pressure limiters of the DSL and DSH series are used for monitoring the pressure in liquids, gases and steam. Depending on the version, they can also be used as minimum or maximum pressure limiters. The switching point can be set via an adjuster with scale. They conform to several guidelines, such as the European Directive on Pressure Equipment 97/23/EWG, Cat. IV, as per DIN3398 TÃœV, and fulfil the conditions of IP65 as per EN60592. The pressure sensors are made either of brass for non-aggressive media (DSL) or of stainless steel for aggressive media (DSH).
